Donors can only receive a refund from Rays Charitable Foundation if there was a technical issue with the transfer that caused them to make duplicate payments or provide more money than they intended.

If the donor notifies Rays Charitable Foundation by email or writing and requests a refund within 15 calendar days of the donation date, we will be pleased to reimburse the money. The reimbursement should arrive within 30 calendar days of the requested return date.

 

A letter or email containing all the specifics will be sent out with the reimbursement information. Only the person who made the donation will receive the reimbursement in the form of a check.

Please be aware that all refunds will be issued in Indian rupees (INR) exclusively and that they will be processed in accordance with the current exchange rates. 

Donation Cancellation Fee: For all online transactions, a 2-2.5{bc673496e66a073813b43823fa4f7e854fba2513359cf93be98cf5cdf4ed3720} donation cancellation fee will be subtracted from the gift amount. If you choose to donate using any other method (such as checks or demand drafts), INR 300 will be subtracted.
